• Joseph was fantastic! He showed up to check out a moisture problem in my attic on Sunday afternoon. We went into the attic together and he quickly figured out the problem and explained it to me in a way I could understand. Then he came up with solutions to the problem in a way that made sense to someone who doesn't know much about home construction. The next morning, he drafted a contract which was very thorough and legitimate, which I greatly appreciated. I've worked with people in the past who just scratch notes on a carbon copy bill ticket and you don't really understand what they are going to do. The NEXT morning, his guys were out to start on the work and finished up the next day. They installed 2 attic vents and one attic fan and fixed the insulation in a way that allows the moisture to travel up through the insulation, which was the problem I was facing. They cleaned everything up and I'm tickled to death with the quality work at a great price. Thanks a lot, Joseph!
